A hot selection of the Pueblo Chile. An improved mirasol roasting pepper, introduced by Dr. Michael Bartolo, and named for Pete Giadone, who was one of the founders of the legendary Pueblo Chile and & Frijoles Festival in Pueblo, Colorado. Plants are bushy and productive, peppers are longer than Mosco variety. At ~10,000 scovilles, the heat level is similar to a traditional jalapeño.
