This sourdough bread is made with filtered water and includes pecans, plums, fennel seed and molasses and makes a wonderful breakfast toast bread or a bread for wine and cheese. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis sourdough bread weighs 2.3 lbs or a little over 1 kg (thus called the Brick) and has a  4-week shelf-life if refrigerated and a 6-9 month shelf-life in freezer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLoaves are packaged in compostable cellophane with label and are shipped frozen. They will arrive at your destination thawed.
