Every year we will release a seasonal porridge. This porridge combines our flaked heritage wheats, Swiss Wallis rye, and barley with rye flour, currants, black mulberries, and hints of holiday spices, including turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. This porridge is delightful for the colder season, cooks in 10-15 minutes and uses around 1.25 cups of water per 1/2 cup (2 servings) of porridge.
