This pasta is made by our friends in Boulder, Claudia Bouvier and Ted Steen, Co-Owners of Pastificio Boulder. We provided our Pueblo White whole wheat and they blended it with their foundation whole grain durum wheat. This organic pasta is a wonderfully firm and flavorful whole grain pasta, available in our compostable bags (1 lb).
